Applications (retired section)
You have followed a link into a section that no longer exists. It listed a set of “applications” separately from the modules and applets that make up the product, which meant the same things were described twice — and the second description was the one nobody was maintaining.
Where each subject is documented now
The omnichannel inbox, virtual contacts and endpoints, task queues, the routing rule engine, broadcasts and the live dashboard — written from the applet’s source.
What each module does and which applets it groups — Financial Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Point of Sale, E-Commerce, Membership, Inventory, Manufacturing, E-Invoice, Claims, HR and Payroll, Digital CRM.
Field-by-field reference for every applet: screens, settings, permissions and what each document posts.
Multi-channel online selling and marketplace integration.
The B2B sales document chain: quotation, order, invoice, return.
The retail till: the cash bill and the reports that balance a shift.
A note on what was here
The old page listed several things as available applications that have no applet behind them — a B2B portal, project management, leave management, performance management, marketing automation. BigLedger documents what exists; where a capability is real, it has an applet page, and where it is not, it now has no page at all. If you were sent here expecting one of those, ask through the issue tracker rather than planning around it.
