Step 3 — Ask before the monthly run

You will know why today is far cheaper than next month.

What you do
  1. Ask in the same month you bought…

Step 4 — Find the door that is open to you

You will know where to ask, whether you need an account, and who finishes the job — which matters more than it sounds.

What this step names
  1. If they gave you a login to their e-invoice portal
  2. Usually because you buy from them regularly as a business
  3. You sign in
  4. Choose the account you are acting for
  5. Ask there

Step 5 — Gather what you will be asked for

You will not have to abandon the form halfway through.
