The branch settings that change nothing, and the two that do

You can name the controls on a branch, a location and a company that render, save and are read by nothing…

Step 1 — Tax Applicable is real; Pick Pack is the inert one

You will know which of these two to stop configuring, and it is not the one you were told.

What this step names
  1. Its three checkboxes about requiring a delivery quantity balance on sales orders
  2. Sales invoices and delivery orders sit in a branch extension that the…
  3. None of those three applets reads it either

What you do
  1. Switch on the extension-mapping toggles and a branch gains up to fifteen free-text fields…

Step 3 — Stop looking for a default branch or a default location

Step 5 — Know which high-value setting is the real one

You will stop confusing two controls that share a name and behave differently.

What this step names
  1. The company switch
  2. On the e-invoice tab
  3. Is a genuine block: turn it on
  4. A sales invoice or a sales return of ten thousand ringgit or…

Step 6 — Plan a recovery you can actually run

Your recovery plan will be one that happens.
