Three levels, one question

Step 1 — Start from what LHDN can see

You will know why the company is the level that matters most.

What this step names
  1. It knows taxpayers
  2. In BigLedger a taxpayer is a company record: its tax identification number
  3. Its registration and service tax numbers
  4. Its industry code
  5. Its address

Step 2 — Then what the tenant holds exactly once

You will stop looking for per-company copies of things that have none.

What this step names
  1. With that list travel every customer's tax number
  2. Identity
  3. E-invoice address
  4. Skip flag

Step 3 — Then what a branch is to an e-invoice

You will be able to say in one sentence what a branch does here.
