An empty KO For grid will cost you minutes, not an afternoon.

A dead balance will stop distorting your figures.

Taking it back

Step 3 — Take a chain apart from the last document back

A void refused for linked documents will go through.

What this step names
  1. Once e-invoicing is on for a company
  2. A sales invoice cannot be voided at all
  3. Its correction is a credit note or a cancellation request

Step 4 — Bring back a document finalised before its pair existed

You will know the way back, and what it costs.

What this step names
  1. For anything already reported to LHDN
  2. The Inland Revenue Board
  3. Matched on a bank reconciliation
  4. Ask BigLedger support to re-run the open-queue step for that document
  5. Send its number
  6. When it was finalised

The routine

Step 5 — Run the weekly check of what is still open

You will see what is still open without opening documents one by one.

What this step names
  1. When the pair is configured
  2. The links are right and a balance is still wrong
  3. It is a support matter: send the order number
  4. The company
  5. The quantities ordered and invoiced or received
