Member Classes
Member classes define the tier hierarchy in your loyalty program — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or any structure that fits your business. A member belongs to exactly one class at a time. The class controls which pricing, earning rules, and benefits apply.
Tip
Before creating classes, align with your marketing team on how many tiers you need and what benefit differentiates each one. Adding classes later is easy — restructuring an existing tier hierarchy with live members is not.
