Member Creation

A member record is a customer’s participation entry in your loyalty program. Every member must be linked to an existing customer record in Core. The member record holds the class assignment, label tags, points balances, and transaction history.

Important

The customer record must exist in Core before you create the member. If you are bulk-importing members, ensure all corresponding customer records are already in the system.
