Member Labels
Member labels are flexible tags you apply to members for segmentation — things like VIP, Newsletter, High-Value, or Seasonal. Unlike classes, a member can hold multiple labels at the same time, and labels do not affect pricing or tier benefits.
Tip
Use labels for marketing segmentation and campaign targeting. Use classes for benefit tiers. Never create a class when a label would do — it overcomplicates the tier structure.
