Cash Conversion

Cash conversion is the active redemption mechanism — when a member chooses to use their points at the counter, this rule determines how much monetary value their balance converts to. This is distinct from earning rules (which add points after a sale) and from tier pricing (which changes item prices without consuming points).

Important

Cash conversion at POS requires both an active points currency and an active conversion rate configured. If either is missing or inactive, the cashier will not be able to process a redemption.
