Conversion Rates
Conversion rates define what a point is worth. The most important rule is the points-to-money rate — for example, 100 points = RM 1.00. This rate is what members use to calculate the value of redeeming at the counter. Point-to-point conversion rules apply when you have multiple currencies and need to allow cross-conversion between them.
Warning
Set your conversion rate carefully before going live. Changing it after members have accumulated balances creates confusion about value. Always get finance sign-off on the rate before activating.
