Voucher Rewards
Vouchers are discrete reward instruments — a member receives a voucher (digital or physical) and presents it at checkout to receive a benefit. Unlike pricing schemes (automatic) or points redemption (uses accumulated balance), a voucher is a standalone instrument with its own code, date window, and redemption rules.
Common voucher use cases: birthday rewards, campaign incentives, tier upgrade gifts, service recovery compensation, referral bonuses, welcome offers for new members.
Tip
Vouchers are best for one-time or campaign-specific rewards where you want full control over the value, timing, and eligibility. For ongoing member discounts, use the pricebook method instead.
