Reconcile supplier e-invoices against your purchase documents · presentation 3 of 7

What arrives, and what never will

You can say which supplier documents BigLedger has actually received, name the screen that will never fill however long you wait…

Step 1 — Open the incoming side and see what is really there

You know where supplier documents land.

Step 2 — Expect it to be thin, and know why

An empty screen will tell you nothing alarming.

Step 3 — Look at From IRB E-Invoice once, then stop going back

You will stop waiting for a screen that is never going to fill.

  • Open it once so you have seen it with your own eyes…

Step 4 — Leave the sales-side reconciliation alone

You will not confuse two menus that look like twins.

What you do
  1. Leave the sales side alone

Step 5 — Learn the five screens as one loop

The menu stops looking like a wall.

What this step names
  1. There is one fact worth carrying out of it
  2. No screen states it: every row in this area is in exactly…
  3. Every move between them is reversible by a button on the place…
