Why an empty answer happens

Step 1 — Understand what the automatic search is actually asking

An empty result will stop looking like a failure.

  1. Sometimes the board does not — the business is real
  2. The certificate is real
  3. No tax number sits against that registration because the tax the business…

Step 2 — Learn that empty is not stuck

You will stop hunting for held documents that are not held.

  1. Nothing waits for you
  2. Nothing times out
  3. Nothing appears on a screen to be cleared

Step 3 — Know the band of sales that fallback cannot rescue

You will know which empty answers are urgent.

  1. The document sits
  2. Nothing chases it
  3. There is no ageing alert on any pool

What to do instead

Step 4 — Try the search by hand before you telephone anybody

You will not ask a customer for something you could have found.

What you do
  1. Open the pool row and press Get TIN

Step 5 — Ask while the customer is still in front of you

Your pool will stop growing.
