E-invoices at the till

For the counter — you serve customers and cash up. Level 1 — orientation.

By the end you can answer a customer at the counter who asks for an e-invoice, take their details so the sale goes straight to LHDN instead of waiting for someone to chase them, leave an ordinary walk-in receipt alone because it is reported for you, handle a sale of RM 10,000 or more before you take the money, and know exactly what you can undo at the till and what has to go to your finance team.
