What your branch's settings control
For the branch operator — you run one shop end to end. Level 1 — orientation.
By the end you can say which of the three records your shop is made of a given problem belongs to, explain why your till cannot find an item that is on your shelf, name the one record that sets the price you charge and the two that do not, say what makes a payment button exist and where a zero-total bill’s money lands, and tell the branch settings that govern your shop from the ones that are overruled at the company and the one that is read by nothing at all.
